A Laboratory of Fermented Creations

Who We Are
We're a nanobrewery out of Syracuse, NY with our hands (and hearts, and mouths) in hop-forward IPA's, and traditionally fermented kombucha. And sometimes, both of those things land in the same glass. We're bridging the gap between craft beer and kombucha enthusiasts, one weird beer at a time.
What We're About
We aim to debase (in more boring terms, to redefine) what it means to be a brewery in today's craft community, by combining our love of fermentation, affinity for experimentation, and passion for better beer making. We may be small batch, but we bring big flavor.

Our Products

Norwegian Pale Ale

She Talks to Rainbows

Saison Cuveé

Where are we located?

While we would love to have you come drink with us, we currently operate out of a small production facility, unequipped for a taproom.

In other words, we’ve only got room for the beer at the moment! But keep watch for the launch of our new production space and taproom, mid 2019. And look for our products throughout the city of Syracuse at your favorite craft beer joints.
